Your inspection includes comprehensive details, such as serial numbers on accessible kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, water heaters, HVAC systems, pool pumps, and sprinkler pumps. All reports are time-stamped and securely stored on a dedicated server. You’ll receive an email link with a password and user ID to access your full-color report, complete with photos and detailed descriptions of any issues. Additionally, a Buildfax report is included for single-family homes, providing public permit data when available.
