I am absolutely happy with the impeccable timing and responsiveness from Roger on getting my home inspection done. I feel that I am that much more prepared to deal with potential issues my new home has. I would recommend the a home inspection not only to new home buyers but also folks that are currently in a home that may need some work or your planning to start work because its in your budget. At least this way you have an upfront issues list and Roger can help you identify which should be repaired first.
