Very, very thorough, professional and was obviously looking out for me. I highly recommend Roger!

He found possible mold from moisture area and ordered a study. He even went above and beyond to find out where the source was (going to above units and neighboring walls of other enclosed areas of the building) which turned out to be a building defect that even if remediated it would probably return. My Buyer happily walked from the deal knowing she did the best thing for her health! I would highly recommend.
