Great Inspector as he arrives Early, is very courteous and thorough. This inspector has a State LICENSE, and has a Licensed Termite and Roofing contractor to facilitate those inspections and to provide quotes onsite. I admit he takes a bit longer but it is worth it for anyone making an investment. I have seen other home inspectors run through the home in 30-45 minutes and are NOT very efficient. I highly recommend him to all my customers!
